REVIEW - New Wave Mental Maths

I began using New Wave Mental Maths with my Year 3 class, two years ago. I set it as homework each week and then the children do the 'Friday Review' in class. I find it is an excellent resource as it ensures revision of all key topics and is very easy and quick to correct with the class. I have noticed a big increase in the children's retention of knowledge since introducing the programme into the classroom, compared to previous years. The record sheet is also a handy resource to add to the child's assessment profile
